Projects you can step inside.

Real-time configurators, city twins and generative studies built in Arki Engine, our Unreal-powered design platform. Every figure below is read straight off the tool. Hover any tile for the detail.

In motion

Watch the tools think.

Screen captures straight from Arki Engine — sliders moving, geometry regenerating, numbers recomputing in real time.

Aggregation, shape and material rebuilt live from three sliders.

Floor count, radius and curvature driving GFA and panel counts.

Parcel layouts generated on live 3D city tiles, FAR to green space.

Site, levels and balcony count growing a living facade in seconds.

What each tool actually does.

TowerReal-time configurator

Tower Configurators

Built in: Arki Engine · Unreal Engine

What it does — Floor height, radius, floor count, curvature and panel colour on live sliders. Office T46 sits on streamed 3D tiles of Westminster, so every option is judged against the real skyline it would join.

What it returns — Glazed area, panel count and GFA recomputed as you drag — 864 glazed panels across 20 floors in this configuration, and a 30-level residential variant carrying 330 planted balconies over 14,584 m².

MasterplanDensity testing

Masterplan Configurator

Built in: Arki Engine · Cesium 3D tiles

What it does — Building depth, width, FAR, floor height, parking, set-backs and green-space ratio drive a parcel layout generated straight onto the real site in its real context.

What it returns — The same 19,551 m² plot at FAR 1 gives 19 buildings and 26,094 m² GFA with 51% green space; pushed to FAR 6 it gives 20 blocks and 123,639 m² GFA. Both in seconds, both measured.

PavilionGenerative structure

Pavilion Configurator

Built in: Arki Engine · Unreal Engine

What it does — Component count, shape type and material aggregate hundreds of individual members into a buildable structure — 755 timber components across 2,257 m² in one study, 1,000 across 2,140 m² in another.

What it returns — Material swaps regenerate the identical geometry in timber, colour-coded stock or translucent polycarbonate — one slider, a completely different building.

City twinLive data

Salford City Twin

Built in: Unreal Engine · Google 3D tiles via Cesium

What it does — A navigable twin of Salford and the Irwell corridor, georeferenced onto streamed photogrammetric city tiles, with businesses and amenities labelled as live points of interest.

What it returns — An urban data dashboard reading traffic flow, air quality, park activity, population and transport status against the real place — the pattern behind our place-management work.
